Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with MHS Hygiene and Workwear, a trading name of Mourne Mist Bottled Water Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website www.mhs.supplies.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.
- During peak periods (such as Christmas or sale events), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland
- United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales)
If you require delivery outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Shipping Partners
We manage all shipments through Sendcloud, which enables us to automatically select the most efficient courier for your delivery.
Couriers may include DPD, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, or other trusted carriers.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Northern Ireland: 1–2 business days
- Republic of Ireland: 2–4 business days
- UK Mainland: 2–5 business days
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service type.
- Standard Delivery: from £4.99 (NI & UK) / €6.95 (ROI)
- Free Delivery: available on orders over a set amount (as displayed at checkout).
All prices include VAT where applicable.
6. Tracking & Notifications
All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided through Sendcloud or directly by the courier.
7. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery:
- The courier will attempt redelivery or leave a collection card.
- Parcels returned to us as undeliverable may incur a re-delivery fee.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.
8. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us within 7 days at info@mhs.supplies with your order number and tracking details.
We will raise a claim through Sendcloud and work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are not subject to customs duties under current trade arrangements.
If ordering from elsewhere in the UK or EU, any applicable import charges, VAT, or handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
